The hotel had great views of the ocean and was conveniently located right on the beachfront. The pool area was nice and well-maintained.
The noise from nearby live bands and music playing at night was very loud and disruptive. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of damp coming from the air conditioning, which made it unpleasant to use.

beds, whites, pillows are dreamy, comfortable, very clean. bathroom amenities are very rich in quality and aroma: shampoo, conditioner, body cream and soap. On arrival we had two capsules for the coffee maker, one regular and one decaffeinated... I would have liked that one could ask for them, even if they were charged, for the subsequent days of our stay (We did ask for them, we were told that they were only provided for the welcome). From Tuesday to Thursday, we were able to enjoy the pool area very well! There were not so many people there anymore, some foreigners and national families, more decent ones.. sea was very clean, almost no waves and water was delicious and fresh. We saw fish and even an adult sea turtle by the rocks of the hotel! Congratulations to the joint effort of the municipality and hoteliers. hotel furniture in the lobby and restaurants, elegant, comfortable and made of fine woods. good for its decoration.. restaurant by the pool is very rich. I especially loved the octopus with a touch of marinade sauce/ or a la devla de la casa, on a bed of cambray potatoes.
kind of people on Sunday and Monday left a lot to be desired, uneducated and looking bad. pool area looked like a fifth-rate resort. It was very crowded, people were listening to different kinds of music at a very high volume. very naïve man spat on the floor next to the pool. loud drumming in the beach bed area - too close together for my taste -... the service at the reception, read it. We lined up for more than half an hour just for the pre-check in, since there were no rooms available yet, we came back an hour and a half later, it took them at least another half hour to assign us one. There were three people attending and rows of more than 7 people in each. I think you have a great area of opportunity here. At the breakfast restaurant with a view of the sea, service was good, first day they gave us a very ugly artificial orange juice (it is worth mentioning that our waiter apologized the next day, to make up for the previous incident, now he did bring us natural orange juice, charged us 2x1). quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. At least they should be able to make some nice chilaquiles. I asked for them divorced -half with green sauce and half with red sauce-, they only brought me in red sauce, was not yet well cooked and tasteless, without flavor; the tortilla chips, already watered down and shaken.. In the area of the beach, next to the rocks, there was a lot of garbage. I know it's already part of the public area, it looks very bad. hotel store was missing adult toothbrushes.

The view of the bay is very beautiful
It's amazing that Fiesta Americana as a chain is not standardized in its quality. In this hotel I find it unacceptable that in the gym they don't even have a jug of water with cones, they charge you for the drinks. There were no sweat towels. If you get dehydrated, what do they do? buffet is expensive for the quality of what they give and they also charge you a light coke in a can for 45 pesos, an abuse. They've been screwing you since you arrived with the promise of a free breakfast so you can get all the crap out of selling their vacation plan. In the end they didn't even pay me for breakfast and I obviously wasn't interested in their plan. Why, if I had already paid for my whole stay, do they insist on taking the tour and vacation plan roll if you want to go to rest? In 5 nights of stay they never replaced a single bottle of complimentary water. In the adjoining rooms they were making repairs until 7 pm and all afternoon one could not rest because of the noise. In the 2x1 of the drinks I asked for a pineapple and if they could add a squirt of melon liquor to give it another flavor and their answer was: no that I charge you separately and it does not enter the 2x1 (WTF!! zero attitude to please the guest. They don't respect your bunk if you are not there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach. We loved being able to go out to the beach whenever we wanted. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. Transportation and parking were also convenient.
Nothing, all was good.

Room, large, comfortable and clean, with balcony and wonderful view, excellent to have coffee machine! and water bottles, most of the staff is attentive and some very helpful. The facilities in general very good. The food is good. As my stay was on weekdays I was able to have my room when I arrived although it was not yet check in time. I was also allowed to leave a little after the hour, it is excellent that there is this flexibility. The location of the hotel is very good since you can enjoy the sea, because of the rocks in front the waves do not come so strong.
beach beds are very close together, space is limited and service of drinks and snacks is slow. food business owners "invade" with their tables and umbrellas and don't allow you to enjoy the view (this is not the hotel's fault but it is a bit annoying). It's also not the hotel's fault that the clubs are loud all night, I suggest wearing earplugs. Finally, I recommend to check the plate in room 1424, I had to go down several times to ask for help because my key didn't work :(

The murals.
At first the deal was cordial, but after they wanted to show us the tour for the purchase of a travel package or membership, when they knew the salary, they postponed the tour because there was no staff to accompany us, they made us have breakfast at the hotel because it was a courtesy first to accept, to finally end up paying that buffet because apart from not wanting to give us the tour, they made us sign saying that we did not attend and that's why we had to pay for breakfast. So after that, the truth was that they were very bad service, very elitist, bad plan for someone that if he is there and consumes in some way there, it is because anyway, he has to pay for those services. In conclusion, we have visited better hotels, with better views, at lower prices (they do not discriminate for that) and above all, the treatment is excellent and warm.

I loved the location of this hotel. Being right by the beach was perfect for me and my friends. We had a blast soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm water. The hidden areas of the hotel were also a great place to explore and relax. The Crespolina restaurant had delicious food and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed lounging between the horizontal bars near the pool, taking in the beautiful views of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. a fantastic experience!
The only downside was the lack of information provided about local attractions and tourist spots. It would have been helpful to have more guidance on what to do and see in the area.
